Required for all tarantula orders
For orders containing only supplies/enclosures
We guarantee that your tarantula will arrive alive and healthy. If for any reason your tarantula arrives deceased, we will replace it or provide a full refund for the animal.
To qualify for LAG:
Orders placed after Wednesday will ship the following Monday.
This ensures your tarantula doesn't sit in a facility over the weekend.
The safety of our animals is our top priority. We monitor weather conditions along the entire shipping route and may delay shipment if temperatures are too extreme.
We include heat packs at no extra charge when temperatures drop below 45°F along the route. We may hold shipments during extreme cold snaps.
We include cold packs when temperatures exceed 85°F. During extreme heat waves, we may delay shipment for the animal's safety.
If we need to delay your shipment due to weather, we will contact you via email with updated shipping information.
Every tarantula is carefully packed to ensure safe arrival:
We ship to all 50 US states. However, please be aware of your local and state laws regarding tarantula ownership. It is your responsibility to ensure tarantulas are legal to own in your area.
Note: We do not ship internationally at this time. We also cannot ship to PO Boxes - a physical address is required for FedEx delivery.
