Overview

**Amazon Sapphire Pinktoe** — Jewel of the *Ybyrapora* genus. Slings display vivid blue coloration and dramatic red abdominal stripes that become more muted with each molt. Adults retain a stunning sapphire-blue sheen. Formerly classified as *Avicularia diversipes*. Requires slightly lower humidity than classic *Avicularia* species — good cross-ventilation is essential. Provide plenty of vertical space and cork bark for webbing. Fast mover and skittish but not aggressive. A highly sought-after display species.
