A tiny, hardy European scorpion that hides in rock and bark crevices — one of the easiest, most beginner-friendly scorpions and tolerant of cool room temperatures (it even lives wild in southern England). Give it flat hides, modest humidity, and a water dish. Harmless venom (pinprick-class). Solitary. Now also classified as Tetratrichobothrius flavicaudis.
