Encyocratella olivacea

Overview

An Old World species from cooler Tanzanian mountain slopes — tolerates and even prefers cooler temps. No urticating hairs; overtly defensive (will threat-pose at a glance) with potent venom, so experienced keepers only. A heavy webber that stays visible and eats well; makes its own burrow, so no hide needed. No handling.
