Hirsch's Pinktoe

A distinctively banded Amazonian pinktoe. Species-specific numbers are thin, so care follows the well-documented Avicularia (pinktoe) genus, noted here for honesty. Docile but flighty New World arboreal with mild venom — hands-off to avoid startle leaps and falls. As with all Avics, ventilation is everything: a tall, cross-ventilated enclosure with cork and plants, lightly moist (not wet) substrate, and a water dish. Intermediate.
